Job Market Insights – November 2020

With the coronavirus pandemic having a big impact on the UK job market, it’s important for business leaders and job seekers alike to keep up-to-date with what’s happening.

So far this year we’ve seen the power shifting back to employers after a substantial period of being candidate-led. While vacancy numbers plummeted back in March, there are now encouraging signs of recovery and increasing employer confidence in hiring efforts.

While we’re yet to find out if the latest lockdown will put a dent in this recovery, we’re hopeful that vacancy numbers and employer confidence will continue to rise into next year.
