Another quarter has come to an end (where has the time gone!?) and we’ve been celebrating the achievements of our exceptional team members.
Every month we recognise and reward the top performers in each Bridgewater team, with three awards being given by management and one voted for by the entire team.
Our September winners are:
Employee of the Month – Dan Partington
Dan has won our sought-after employee nominated award this month. His determination to hit and exceed his targets has not gone unnoticed by his colleagues who commented:

Graduates Division – Dan Partington
Evidently, Dan not only impressed his colleagues this month but also the management team as he scooped a second award! Dan has had his best quarter ever over the last 3 months, out-performing his colleagues and bringing in great results. He has also undertaken some challenging work for a new client!
Professionals Division – James Downing
James’ results speak for themselves! He’s had another excellent month and an outstanding quarter where he has successfully hit his targets. James has also won an exclusive assignment for the business and has been taking his clientrelationships to the next level.
Business Systems – Melissa Jones
Melissa is thoroughly deserving of her award this month, having thrown herself into resourcing challenges where she has produced great results for the consultants she supports in our Professionals division. Melissa has also been making a big impact on our marketing department producing a number of well written and entertaining articles like this one on how to become a job search unicorn!
After a busy and successful September, the whole Bridgewater team are looking forward to a trip out to Sector 7 Laserzone this Friday!
