Over the years here at Bridgewater Resources we have established fantastic long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. It’s always great to catch up with our candidates, see how they are getting on and hear their progression success stories.
We recently caught up with a number of high-calibre designate Business Managers that we placed in busy London locations last year. We were really pleased to hear that, by the end of 2014, all of these candidates had progressed to manage and run their own operations! We’re proud to have placed these managers who clearly excelled throughout their extensive training and development period with our client.
