Role Responsibilities
As a Trainee Accounts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and processing supplier invoices
Checking and raising customer invoices and credit notes
Checking and approving timesheets
Entering daily sales figures onto the company’s system
Assisting with end of month procedures within the department
Dealing with invoicing queries from customers and suppliers over the phone and by email
Liaising with the credit control team at the group’s Head Office

A starting salary of £22,000 – £23,000
