Role Responsibilities
As a Trade Counter Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the location’s busy trade counter
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Advising customers on the best solution available to meet their requirements
Ensuring the achievement of set targets and objectives
Representing the business in a confident and professional manner
Rewards
You will receive:
A starting salary between £26,000 – £32,000
A lucrative uncapped bonus, linked to your performance and that of your branch

Requirements
To be successful in this Trade Counter Manager role, you should:
Ideally have sales / account management / trade counter experience within the plumbing and heating industry (or similar)
Be a quick learner with great communication skills and the ability to multitask
Be proactive, energetic and confident
Have self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
