A large, nationwide electrical wholesaler has a new opportunity for an ambitious Sales Executive to join their growing team in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you can make an impact and build strong B2B relationships.

You’ll be joining the fastest growing electrical wholesaler in the UK who already have 100 branches across the country (with a plan to have 300 open in the next 10 years). They are a well-established, forward-thinking industry leader who offer excellent opportunities for career development and progression.

Role Responsibilities

Depending on previous experience levels and personal preference, there is an opportunity to work in either an Internal or External Sales position for the business.

As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving and advising customers through account management
  • Identifying and developing new business accounts
  • Meeting sales targets and increasing the profitability of the business
  • Presenting, communicating and negotiating with a wide range of customers, both face to face and over the phone


As a Sales Executive, you will receive a package including:

  • Starting salary in the region of £28,000, depending on experience
  • Significant, uncapped bonus potential

To be successful in this Sales Executive role, you should be:

  • Experienced working within the electrical wholesale industry or similar (ie. other wholesale/distribution experience)
  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Proactive and enthusiastic with a confident telephone manner
  • Ambitious and results-driven
  • Entrepreneurial with the ability to capitalise on opportunities
