A market-leading supplier to the HVAC industry is looking for a motivated Internal Salesperson to join their successful business in Cardiff. You’ll be building strong relationships with B2B customers, maximising the profitability of your customer accounts and be proactively developing new business.
The business you’ll be joining is busy, profitable and holds a strong position in their market. They are part of an impressive £1 billion UK group of distribution companies that already employ over 2,000 people across the UK. Their product range includes HVAC, metering, valves, actuators, inverters, controllers, pressure sensors and more.
In this Internal Sales role, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and B2B clients including BMS systems integrators, mechanical contractors, HVAC distributors and FM companies.
Making proactive calls and spotting opportunities to grow the business
Working closely with the external sales team to pinpoint and implement specific strategies to achieve sales targets
Providing quotations for new and existing customers with competitive pricing and support
Negotiating with suppliers to maximise margin
Entertaining customers at events including Club Wembley, curry nights and an exclusive corporate golf membership
As an Internal Sales Executive you’ll receive:
A starting salary between £26,000 – £32,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Uncapped annual bonus

Confident, outgoing and motivated by success
A great communicator with the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience within wholesale, distribution, merchant or engineering sales would be beneficial
A background within the HVAC / BMS industry would be advantageous
