What Will You Be Doing?

Are you an ambitious and money-motivated graduate? Due to continued growth, this successful group are now looking for commercially-minded graduates to join and make an impact on their businesses across Scotland. As part of their Graduate Sales and Management Programme, you will be:

Joining a highly sociable and fast-paced industry

Gaining insights into key areas of the business: warehouse, trade counter, purchasing, internal sales & field sales.

Receiving product, skills and industry sales training

Working closely with a senior manager mentor

Quickly progressing to an Area Sales Manager/Business Development Manager role

Building strong relationships with B2B clients & suppliers

Managing key customer accounts and maximising their profitability

Receiving financial rewards for your success
