Amari's Graduate Training Programme

Amari offer an enhanced training program during which time their graduates will have an opportunity to learn every aspect of the business. The training schedule includes working in different departments within each location and will involve:

Inventory Control

Focusing on Smart Stocking and the importance of Supplier Relations.


Including a thorough understanding of a Bought Ledger account and payment days with suppliers.


Develop a basic understanding of the daily challenges faced by the Warehouse Teams.

Credit Control

The impact payment days, bad debt and credit worthiness of potential customers has on the business.

Product Training

Including factory visits to understand the processes involved in making some of our material.

Profit Centre Management

Focus on the Profit Centre Manager’s world e.g. understanding how to read a Profit & Loss account.

In-house Sales Training

Amari’s sales approach, how each location approaches its target customer area, and the roles of internal and external executives.

External Courses

External courses are aimed at strengthening communication skills, selling techniques, organisational skills etc.
