Role Responsibilities

As Branch Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the performance and day-to-day running of the branch. Your focus will be on driving sales, maximising profitability, and leading a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full P&L responsibility for the branch
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities
  • Leading, motivating and developing your team
  • Managing stock, purchasing, logistics and operations
  • Delivering against sales and performance targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll be a proactive, commercially-minded leader with a strong track-record in the electrical wholesale sector.

You will:

  • Have experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior B2B sales role within electrical wholesale
  • Be highly motivated with a proven ability to grow sales and margins
  • Have strong knowledge of the local market
