Graduate Trainee – Sales & Business

A growing fire detection and safety equipment distribution business is looking for a driven Graduate Trainee to join their high-performing team in Fordingbridge. This is a hands-on role where you’ll quickly gain a commercial understanding of how the business operates, the products it supplies, and the customers it serves, before progressing into a results-focused sales role.

Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee in Sales & Business, you will:

• Build strong product and market knowledge in a fast-paced commercial environment
• Take ownership of your development through structured training and real-world experience
• Support day-to-day operations and contribute to revenue and business growth
• Advise customers on suitable products, both in person and over the phone
• Work towards clear performance objectives as you progress into a sales position
