Trade Counter Sales – Electrical Wholesale

Responsibilities

As a Trade Counter Sales / Internal Sales professional, you will:

• Split your time between trade counter and internal sales responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service to trade customers, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Build strong relationships and understand customers’ ongoing requirements
• Advise customers on the most suitable products and solutions
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth order processing
• Represent the business in a confident and professional manner
