The Role

This is a varied graduate position designed to give you a broad understanding of how a successful business operates while developing your commercial and customer-facing skills.

You’ll initially gain experience across different areas of the business, learning how teams work together and developing a strong understanding of the products, customers and processes involved.

As you progress, you’ll move into a more commercially focused role, developing your ability to manage customer relationships, identify opportunities and generate new business.

Longer term, there is the opportunity to progress into field-based sales, business development and management positions with greater responsibility and earning potential.

Your Development

Your training will develop your skills across areas including:

• Sales and business development

• Customer relationship management

• Commercial decision-making

• Negotiation and communication

• Account management

• Business operations

• Team leadership and management

You’ll be given responsibility as your experience grows, with ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to progress into more senior commercial positions.
