Bridgewater Resources was founded in 2008 with a clear purpose: to connect talented people with businesses in sectors we know inside out. We’ve never tried to be all things to all industries — we work in wholesale, distribution and manufacturing because that’s where our expertise runs deepest.
Eighteen years on, our commitment remains the same. We still take the time to understand the businesses we partner with and the people we represent. That personal, consultative approach has helped us build long-term relationships, with clients returning to us time and again and candidates recommending our services to others.

Founded in Manchester
Bridgewater Resources established in Didsbury, Greater Manchester, with a focus on wholesale and distribution recruitment.
2010
Expansion to Ireland
Extended our specialist recruitment expertise to support businesses and candidates in the Irish market.

Graduate Division launched
