Sales Executive – Electrical Wholesale

You’ll be joining a successful electrical wholesaler who already employs over 4,500 people across hundreds of UK locations. With an annual turnover exceeding £1.4 billion, they’re a company that continues to grow through acquisitions and the high-quality service they provide to their clients. They pride themselves on building long-lasting relationships with their customers, suppliers and employees.

Role Responsibilities

Depending on your skills and experience, there is flexibility in this role to focus on internal sales or field sales. As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and suppliers
• Being at the forefront of representing the business by both winning new business and growing existing accounts
• Ensuring the achievement of set targets and objectives
• Communicating effectively with different departments within the business
• Advising clients on the best solution available to meet their requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this Sales Executive role, you should:

• Have sales / account management / trade counter experience within the electrical wholesale industry (or similar)
• Be a quick learner with great communication skills and the ability to multitask
• Be proactive, energetic and enthusiastic with a confident telephone manner
• Have self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
