Upon joining their Sales and Business Training Programme you will:

• Gain valuable insight into various areas of the business
• Receive tailored training and development
• Be mentored by a dynamic and motivated manager who progressed from the commercial trainee programme
• Contribute to the overall running of the business
• Work in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment
• Build strong relationships with B2B customers
• Have the opportunity to progress e.g. to an area sales role and management in the future

The company’s Bristol location has a proven track record of seeing graduate and commercial trainees who complete this programme progress to Area Sales Manager and Business Manager roles, and 3 members of the current management team at Bristol have progressed through this route.

• Starting salary of £25,000 (depending on level of experience)
