You’ll learn all about how the business operates, what products they offer and the customers they sell to, starting out in the stores department and progressing into a fast-paced sales role.
Role Responsibilities
As a Sales & Business Trainee, you will be joining a well-respected company known for its extensive range of high-quality products and exceptional customer service. You will:
Develop your knowledge and skills whilst work in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment
Receive a well-rounded training experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
Support operational processes and contribute to business growth.
Check deliveries in and put stock away into the stores.
Assist customers with their purchases and provide expert product advice both in-store and over the phone.
Pick orders for customers and prepare for delivery.
