Role Responsibilities
As a Plumbers Merchant Trainee, you will:
Receive ongoing training in various departments within the business
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and trade and wholesale clients
Advise customers on the best solution available to meet their requirements over the trade counter and phone
Make proactive calls and be able to spot opportunities to grow the business
Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives
Represent the business in a confident and professional manner
Get involved in project work

A starting salary between £21,000 – £27,000
A lucrative uncapped bonus, linked to your performance and that of the branch
