Their team deliver excellent customer service and product solutions to a friendly and welcoming industry of customers ranging from electricians to large multi-national mechanical and electrical contracting companies, electrical wholesalers and facilities maintenance companies throughout the UK.
Graduate Training Programme:
- Complete an intensive 1-month training programme at the company’s offices in Norwich (1 week) and Wimbledon (3 weeks) before progressing to a field-based sales role covering London and its surrounding areas
- Learn about key areas of the business, market and the company’s product range
- Develop your sales skills and complete sales training
- Be mentored by a dynamic, motivated and successful manager
- Work in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment
Progression to Field Sales:
- Travel and build strong relationships with key B2B customers across London and surrounding areas
- Be at the forefront of winning new business
- Present, communicate and negotiate with a wide range of customers
- Manage your own customer accounts and diary
- Receive ongoing professional development and excellent opportunities to progress to a business management role with the business and wider group
Rewards
The package for this graduate sales role includes:
- A starting salary of £30,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience)
