Graduate Trainee Sales Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Trainee Sales Executive to build a long-term career with a successful distribution business that is part of an impressive £1 billion turnover UK group. A starting salary of up to £25,000 plus uncapped bonus, full training and progression opportunities is on offer.

The Opportunity:

You’ll be joining a well-established and highly reputable business in Edinburgh. The group have a proven track-record of developing graduate talent and already have a couple of successful Graduate Trainees based at their Edinburgh location. As the business continues to grow, there are plenty of opportunities for high-calibre graduates to progress quickly. Many respected managers within the group started their careers as graduate trainees.

The business has been providing industrial and construction products to a wide range of clients in the area for over a hundred years and stock over 8,000 products from some of the world’s leading manufacturers. Whatever their clients’ building or maintenance project may be, they will stock it or can source it with ease.

As a Graduate Trainee Sales Executive, you will be given the tools and training to be successful. You will:

• Become a key member of the business’ motivated sales team, working in a fast-paced and positive environment
• Develop and maintain relationships with the business’ longstanding B2B client base over the phone
• Have responsibility for managing existing client accounts and proactively establishing new accounts
• Receive one-to-one mentoring from a successful and experienced manager

• Starting salary between £24,000 – £25,000
