You’ll learn about how the business operates, what products they offer and the customers they sell to before taking on a fast-paced sales role.

Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Commercial Sales Trainee, you will:

• Develop your knowledge and skills whilst work in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment
• Receive a well-rounded training experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development
• Build strong relationships with B2B customers over the phone, understanding their technical needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Provide a high level of customer service, converting leads and quotes into firm orders
• Work closely with the rest of the team to follow up on sales leads
