The Opportunity
As a General Manager, you will:
Be at the forefront of driving sales growth and company performance
Develop and maintain relationships with both new and some existing customers
Have full autonomy and be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing
Ensure the achievement of your set targets and objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
B2B sales and management experience
Experience in the industrial sector, this can be mechanical, electrical etc.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities
A proven track record of developing relationships with both suppliers and customers
Natural leadership qualities

Starting salary of £40,000 – £50,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
