One of the UK’s leading industrial products wholesalers is looking for a proactive and results-focused Business Development Manager to manage existing customers and grow new business throughout the UK, based out of Rugby. You’ll initially be completely sales-focussed before progressing to taking over the running of the business.
You’ll be working for an impressive £1.5 billion group of distribution businesses who continue to grow through the high-quality service they provide alongside quality, branded products. The business you will be joining specialises in the distribution of machine safeguarding equipment, CNC machinery, electrical control and connecting products. They sell to customers including OEMs, panel builders and system integrators.They have an enviable supplier network and have built a fantastic reputation for themselves within their industry.
Role Responsibilities
The business is looking for an ambitious, outgoing and proactive Business Development Manager based in the Rugby area. You should be an experienced salesperson (ideally from an electrical, industrial, or mechanical product background) with a strong ability to capitalise on opportunities to maximise profitability.
