Role Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heating spares sector to expand customer base and boost revenue.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, attend face-to-face meetings locally and occasionally nationally.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business development.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing products and services to potential clients.
Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.

Requirements
To be successful in this Area Sales Manager role, you should have:
Sales experience working in the plumbing and heating sector
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Self-motivation and a proactive attitude
The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and prioritise tasks effectively
A full UK driving licence
